Terminal Applications
Our Payment Team focuses on developing and certifying payment and value-adding products on EDC terminals with banks and payment associations. The team has successfully certified and deployed applications including magnetic stripe credit card payment (AMEX, MASTERCARD, VISA, DINERS), EMV Payment Applications (VISA, MASTERCARD), stored value and debit card payment, customised loyalty, installment payment and bill payment. The team is also developing customer self-service functionality on EDC terminals that interface with bank hosts to streamline many of the manual processes currently in place in bank branches.
Smartcard Applications
The Payment Team has developed a wide range of applications on open-platform cards such as MULTOS and Java Cards to meet client requirements for multiple applications on smart cards. Applets have been developed for loyalty, E-purse, ticketing and personal profiles.
Loyalty Management System
IT BizFlow's LMS allows financial institutions to build more profitable relationships with existing customers and attract new customers with a bank-wide loyalty solution. IT BizFlow's LMS allows segmenting customers by profitability and rewarding customers according to their profitability based on customizable business rules.
